To be eligible for a return, your dragon fruit order must meet the following criteria:
The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
We require proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) for all returns.

  1. Non-Eligible Items:

We cannot accept returns for perishable items that have been consumed or partially consumed.
Dragon fruit powder, Dragon fruit plants or live plants are not eligible for returns.

  1. Return Process:

Our team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization, and instructions on how to return the product.

  1. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Please ensure that the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  1. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

  1. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.
